With a small group of no more than six participants, enjoy personalised, one-to-one guidance as you learn to assemble and decorate a stunning three-layer vanilla sponge cake.

From mastering our silky smooth American buttercream to achieving a sharp or rustic edge finish, this class covers it all.

You’ll explore techniques such as using gold leaf, decorating with dried flowers, and filling and adorning macarons for the perfect finishing touch.

Take home all the recipes, everything you create, and a branded Pure Patisserie wooden spoon to continue your baking journey.

A delicious lunch from Cornwall Place Kitchen in Buckingham is included, ensuring a truly indulgent day of learning and creativity.

We are unable to accept bookings for children under 11. All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults are not required to participate, but there is a £10 charge for lunch.
