Local delivery

Pure Patisserie offers delivery within our local area only. Delivery in Buckingham is £3, delivery within a 15 minute drive from Buckingham is £5, or within a 30 minute drive £10. I’m afraid at the moment we do not deliver further than a 30 minute drive from Buckingham. If you have any questions about delivery please contact Sophie directly on 07749 667794.

Order deadlines

AFTERNOON TEAS
Afternoon teas are only available for deliveries on Wednesdays and Saturdays. This is so I can prepare each afternoon tea in time and keep everything fresh.
Last chance to order for a Wednesday delivery is 6pm on the Monday before.
Last chance to order for a Saturday delivery is 6pm on the Thursday before.

Deliveries are made between 11am and 1pm.

Collections are available on Wednesdays and Saturdays at 11am from Pure Patisserie.

DESSERT BOXES

These are only available for delivery on Fridays. Last chance to order is the Wednesday before by 6pm.

Deliveries are made between 12pm and 3pm.

Collections are available on Fridays at 12pm

All other items take a minimum of 5 days. Please be aware of this when ordering as everything is made fresh to order.

Allergies

We strive to cater for all allergies and wouldn’t want to think of anyone missing out on cake! Saying that, we cannot guarantee our products will be 100% “free from” as everything is produced in the same kitchen. We do our upmost to prevent any cross contamination between products but it’s best to contact Sophie first to check if we can cater for you safely.

Cancellations:

To secure your order we either ask for payment in full, or a 50% deposit this is dependant on your particular order and will be discussed with you when enquiring. All orders are bespoke therefore any down payments made are generally not refundable, but details of the order regarding contents or delivery may be changed at our discretion depending upon the level of preparation already carried out.
