I have questions, can I talk to someone?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to arrange a time to visit the store, or simply drop in when you’re passing. You can also call us at 01280 823777 or reach out to Sophie directly via text or WhatsApp at 07749 667794. We’re here to help, so feel free to contact us!

Do you offer delivery for bespoke and signature cakes?
Yes, we provide local delivery for bespoke, signature, and wedding cakes.

Do I need to pay upfront for bespoke, signature, or wedding cakes?
For bespoke and signature cakes, payment in full is required at the time of ordering. For wedding cakes, we only require a deposit initially, with the balance due closer to your big day.

What is the lead time for cakes?
We ask for at least 5 days’ notice for signature cakes and ideally 2 weeks for bespoke cakes. For wedding cakes, arrangements are typically made well in advance, but feel free to reach out if you’re unsure – we’re happy to help!

When is your counter open?
Our counter is open every Friday and Saturday from 10AM to 4PM. See our counter page for details.
