Begin the class (both days) with a cup of tea or coffee and a signature Pure Patisserie treat, setting the tone for this immersive and creative experience.
With a small group of no more than six participants, enjoy personalised, one-to-one guidance as you learn to make Chocolate and vanilla choux buns and a fresh fruit tart.
This brand new class, split over a two day period, will provide the skills you need to really delve into the world of patisserie basics with demonstrations provided for every aspect.
You’ll explore techniques such as making choux pastry, sweet pastry, pastry cream, creme diplomat and whipped ganache.
Take home all the recipes, everything you create, and a branded Pure Patisserie wooden spoon to continue your baking journey.
Enjoy a truly indulgent course of learning and creativity, leaving with professional baked goods that you will be proud to show your friends and family, not to mention the new found skills you will have gained to recreate these masterpieces again at home.

Saturday- duration of class 2-2.5 hours | Sunday – duration of class 1.5- 2 hours
Our classes and our teaching environment includes the use of MILK, EGG, SOYA, GLUTEN, and NUTS (Please inform us of any allergies before booking)
We are unable to accept bookings for children under 11. All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults are not required to participate.
