Pure Patisserie is run by professional pastry chef Sophie Lewis. Sophie has a wealth of experience working in luxury hotels and high end restaurants, including three different Michelin starred restaurants. Sophie’s most recent role was that of Senior Pastry Chef at the Michelin starred restaurant in Claridges (formerly Fera) in Mayfair London. As well as running the busy section, Sophie’s role at Claridges  included designing her own innovative desserts.
