Chocolate Drip Cake Class

Working with a stunning four-layer 6-inch chocolate fudge cake, you’ll master techniques to achieve sharp edges, create a perfect ganache drip, and decorate with chocolates and gold leaf for a luxurious finish.

Start your day with tea, coffee, and Pure Patisserie macarons, and enjoy a delicious lunch from Cornwall Place Kitchen in Buckingham.

Take home all your creations, recipes, and a branded Pure Patisserie wooden spoon to continue your baking journey.

Feeds 16 larger slices, 25 small (6inch in diameter, 7inch tall)

We are unable to accept bookings for children under 11. All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults are not required to participate, but there is a £10 charge for lunch.
