Want to join us for a unique, open kitchen, dining experience? We are holding our first dessert and cocktail evening at PP HQ on 18th October. We are so grateful to be able to team up with Sarah from Cornwall Place Kitchen to provide bespoke made cocktails alongside our five course tasting menu.

We can cater for vegetarians, but we cannot cater for any other dietary requirements on this occasion. Non alcoholic cocktails can be made on request, but please make us aware of this upon booking as otherwise we will not be able to accommodate on the evening.

 

OCTOBER MENU:

First course-

Cheese scone: Black garlic cream cheese, crispy onions

Bloody Mary: Fox Kiln citrus vodka, tomato, lemon, tabasco

 

Second course-

Mushroom Duxelles Waffle:  Avocado puree, calvo nero

G&GT: Coombes club gin, coconut and rose green tea

 

Third course-

Chocolate crémeux: Compressed pear, pickled blackberries

Bramble: Foxdenton damson gin, Foxdenton 48, lemon

 

Fourth course-

Chai brûlée: Baked quince, toasted marzipan

Drunken pumpkin martini: Wood’s brothers vodka, Wooden Hill Cold Brew, cream, pumpkin spice

 

Fifth course-

Apple galette: Salted caramel, vanilla bean custard espuma

Smoked old fashioned: Wildjac Cherrywood rum, spiced orange bitters
