Yule Log Decorating Class

It’s that time of year again! We are so pleased to welcome back our Yule log decorating class.

Always one of our most popular Christmas classes and it’s perfect for a fun festive activity!

With a small class size, master yule log rolling and decorating, to create your Christmas day show stopper!

You will explore techniques such as learning how to make toadstall meringues, roll your yule log with a white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream filling, before covering with chocolate ganache. Using chocolate shavings and candied rosemary for decoration.

Class lasts approximately 2.5-3 hours.

We are unable to accept bookings for children under 11. All children under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Supervising adults are not required to participate.
