Wreath and Mince Pie Making Class

We have teamed up with “Howes The Florist” to provide a festive wreath and mince pie making class! 

The class will start at Pure Patisserie where you will learn how to make our signature frangipane mince pies, while they are cooking we will walk you round the corner to the second part of your class that will be run by the lovely Hayley where you will learn how to decorate a festive wreath like a professional! Once your mince pies are cooked and cooled we will deliver them to Howes so you’re ready to leave with a beautiful door wreath and a box of 6 freshly baked mince pies.

6:30PM – 9PM (duration 2.5 hours) – £120pp VAT included 

Class includes:

• Start with a cup of homemade hot chocolate at PP HQ
• Demonstrations throughout the class on each stage
• One to one teaching with a maximum of 6 people per class
• Learning how to make sweet pastry
• Learning how to make frangipane
• Learning how to roll your sweet pastry and assemble mince pies
• Learning how to cover a mossed door wreath, with a selection of Christmas baubles and decor
• Take home everything you make
• Learn two new skills in a night of festive fun!

Class includes the use of  EGG, MILK, SOYA, GLUTEN, NUTS (please inform us of any allergies before booking)
