6inch cake decorating class – duration 4 hours (£175 per person VAT included)

Class includes:

• Start with a choice of tea or coffee and a PP macaron
• Demonstrations throughout the class on each stage
• One to one teaching with a maximum of 6 people per class
• Learning how to assemble a three layer vanilla sponge cake
• Learning how to make our silky smooth American buttercream
• Learning how to ice and finish a 6inch sponge cake
• Learning how to achieve a sharp edge or rough edge effect
• Learning how to use gold leaf as decoration
• Learn how to pipe with different nozzles using new techniques
• Taking all the recipes away with you to try at home
• Take home everything you make
• Taking home a branded Pure Patisserie wooden spoon to further your baking journey!
