Black Forest Yule Log Class

Want to learn how to assemble the perfect yule log for Christmas Day? On our Yule log class we provide you with all the tools to create that magnificent centre piece!

Chocolate fudge cake sponge, filled with chocolate buttercream, cherry gel and kirsch cherries. Decorated with toadstool meringues, edible soil, and candied rosemary and berries. Feeds 10-12 people. 

Yule log decorating class- duration approximately 2-2.5 hours (£115 per person VAT included)

• Taking home a branded Pure Patisserie wooden spoon to further your baking journey!
• Tea and coffee break half way through, where you get the chance to try our festive frangipane mince pies
