Bake School

Macaron classes- duration 3 hours (£90 per person)

Difficulty: Beginner- Intermediate

Class includes:

• Learning to make, fill and decorate your own macarons (approx 40 macarons per person)
• Taking our macaron recipe away with you to try at home
• Taking home a branded Pure Patisserie wooden spoon to further your baking journey

Tea and coffee are provided throughout the class.

Class includes the use of NUTS, EGG, MILK, SOYA (please inform us before booking of any allergies)

Cupcake making and decorating class- duration 2.5 hours (£100 per person) including a tea and coffee break half way through.

Class includes:

• Making and decorating 12 x vanilla bean cupcakes, to fill with a choice of fillings
• Learning how to make our American buttercream
• Learning how to pipe with buttercream using a variety of nozzles
• Taking home everything you bake
• Taking our cupcake and buttercream recipe away with you to try at home
• Taking home a branded Pure Patisserie wooden spoon to further your baking journey!

Class includes the use of MILK, EGG, SOYA, GLUTEN, and NUTS (Please inform us before booking of any allergies)

6inch cake decorating class- duration 4 hours (£150 per person)

Difficulty: Beginner- Intermediate

Class includes:

• Learning how to assemble a three layer vanilla sponge cake
• Learning how to make our silky smooth American buttercream
• Learning how to ice and finish a 6inch sponge cake
• Learning how to achieve a sharp edge or rough edge effect
• Learning how to layer buttercream
• Learning how to dip decorations for your cake
• Taking all the recipes away with you to try at home
• Taking home a branded Pure Patisserie wooden spoon to further your baking journey!
• Lunch included from Cornwall Place Kitchen in Buckingham
